Technical details
The MN Voice Map product and Phoneme database has been created in all major phonetic
alphabets to suite SAMP A UCL, StarRec SAMP A (X SAMP A), IP AUnicode and L&H+. For each name there is a primary phoneme for use with TTS and AVR.
In addition (optional) secondary phonemes have also been supplied which represent common alternate pronunciations to further assist ASR applications. These secondary phonemes should not be used for TTS applications.
